1. Who we are

These terms apply to orders placed on the sites of the Kotoh Brands brands (currently dobrawnoc.com, pieknarano.com and nocgwiazd.com) and on kotohbrands.com. The seller is Kotoh Labs LLC, 382 NE 191st St, Miami, FL 33179, USA ("we"), trading as Kotoh Brands. Contact: [email protected].

2. Products and information

Each brand site describes the main characteristics of its products, the price including taxes, any delivery cost and the expected delivery time. Product images are illustrative. Wellness products are not medicines; supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet, and crystal and astrology products are symbolic and for entertainment.

3. Placing an order

You place an order by choosing a product, completing the checkout and paying. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. You need a working email address to order. If a product becomes unavailable after you pay, we tell you and refund you in full without delay.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance through Stripe by the methods shown at checkout (cards, BLIK, Przelewy24). See Payments.

5. Delivery

Delivery areas, times and costs are described on the Shipping page and confirmed at checkout.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription plans, renewal reminders and cancellation are described on the Subscriptions page.

7. Right of withdrawal, guarantee and complaints

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the statutory exceptions, and statutory rights where goods are not in conformity with the contract. We also give a money-back guarantee of 60 days (Dobra Noc) or 30 days (Piękne Rano, Noc Gwiazd). Full details and the model withdrawal form are on the Returns page. We respond to complaints within 14 days.

8. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Please contact us first; most issues are solved by email. Consumers can also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) in Poland, and remain entitled to bring a claim before the competent court. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
