Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Poland and in other European Union countries. If we can't deliver to your address, the checkout will tell you before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Dispatch and delivery times depend on the product. The estimate for your order is shown on the brand site, confirmed at checkout and repeated in your order confirmation email. As a general guide, from order to delivery:

• Poland: typically 3–10 business days
• Other EU countries: typically 5–15 business days

Personalised items (for example crystal sets put together for your birth date) can take a little longer to prepare; the brand site says so before you order.

Shipping costs

Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no extra fees after payment.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link where the carrier provides one.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number. We'll trace it with the carrier and, where it's lost or damaged, send a replacement or a full refund.
